Nedbank accept payment but no credit shown

I opened a card account with nedbank a month ago and proceeded to use it. The account for the monthly expenditure was sent to me on the 1st of march and i deposited an amount of R15000.00 into the account number given to me by Nedbank (my card account no.). after 3 days and, and having seen no credits on my account, I contacted Nedbank card division. they were most unhelpful so I contacted my bank, ABSA, who traced the money to a "suspension account" within Nedbank (nedbank personell couldn't trace it!!). i have tried numerous times to get help from Nedbank but to no avail. On 13/03/2013 spoke to Kewin Strydom and Michael Hendry (ref.61941599). All the promises made have come to nothing so I ask Nedbank card to pleases credit my account with the R15000.00 you have been holding for 2 weeks and then cancel this card - I refuse to do business with a company that allows their staff to operate with level of incompetence.
