Still waiting

I ordered my iPhone 5 on the 18/12/2012 and it is almost a month later - I still do not have my device.

I was told it is with the courier since beginning of Jan.

I arranged for delivery with the courier which I was told will take 1-3 working days.

Yesterday, the courier says I will get my device sometime this week as it has not been dispatched!

Will I receive my phone anytime soon?
