NO DELIVERY

On the 08th Feb 2013 I applied for one of FNB Smartphones, I got an sms on Tuesday the following week, informing me that the Order has been approved and Device has been sent to the Courier. So the courier also made contact with me on the same day, arranging for delivery, which they said it takes 3 to 5 working days.

On Thursday 14th Feb I made another call to the FNB Smartphones division and spoke to an agent who said they were going to escalate the matter but nothing still. I made another call to the call centre on Monday 18th and spoke a guy named Sandile who didn't show any interest @ all, he just told me it's going to take 10 to 15 working days. Even when you buy items overseas, delivery is normally within 7 days and your device arrives. I ended up cancelling the whole subscription. If you struggle to even get the device how much more would it be when there's a problem with the device/service and you need help. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE @ ALL.
