I use to be a Nedbank client and due to the good things I heard from other people I decided to move over to FNB. I must admit that the whole process of changing over went real well except for a couple of hick ups but that was sorted out as the days went past.
My big problem now is this:
When I opened my account I clearly stated to the banker that all my debit orders are to be taken off on the 26th of each month as I only receive my monthly income on the 25th of each month. Every account does go off on the 26th except of 1 that being my Credit Card each month FNB decides that payment for this needs to be taken on the 20th of each month and then when they find no money in the account a fee of over R100 is deducted from my account and this continues up to the date where my monthly income is now in my account leaving me with over R400 additional costs to cover every month.
Why is this happening after I clearly stated to the banker at the Festival Mall branch that all my debit orders needs to be taken on the 26th.
What is going to happen with the additional cost now must I now just forget this I feel this is not fair at all
Can someone get back to me as soon as possible
Regards
