I placed my order for a smart device from Fnb the 3rd of April 2013. I was contacted by the courier and confirmed delivery address and told that it takes 3 to 5 working days. Now 13 working days later I have yet to receive the delivery. I was not informed of why there are delays. I had to contact Fnb and they weren't vefy helpful. Fnb just blamed the courier. So I still don't know why it is taking so long and I'm very unhappy! Bad service from the bank who pride's themselves in giving better service than their competitors.
