Still waiting a month late

I ordered an iPhone 5 on the 18th of October and was promised that my device would arrive in 10 to 15 days... I am still waiting! I have arranged delivery with the courier company and they keep changing the date and delaying delivery.

I have been without a phone for nearly a month and I have had it. If the device does not arrive today, not only will I cancel the order, I will be changing banks as well as I cannot bank with incompetent fools that cannot handle a simple device delivery.
