I have ordered a device from fnb on numerous times. I do qualify and have done my applications for the device and then was told to wait 10-15 working days before the courier will contact me. I normally phone back because I am pass my waiting period because there is no communication between me, fnb or the courier. My last conversation I was told that the courier never received my application. prior this application, I was told that there was an error on the system, they are out of stock and then they thought I received my device. I am confused and furious because I am trying to get a device since last year October 2012 and to date, July 2013.
I am not sure who is at fault but clearly someone is not doing there job right. I am now waiting 20 days for my order.
