I ordered my smart device on 28 January 2013. FNB's turn around for smart device deliveries are 10 to 15 working days.
I started following up n the delivery on the 10th day and the call centre told me delivery will be in the next week.
By day 14 I followed up again and the call centre told me my smart device has been delivered to the courier the previous Friday. I then phoned the courier and they told me they did not have my device or my order.
I phoned FNB AGAIN, and was told that they will come back to me the following day. They did not retun my calls and give any feedback as promised.
I contacted RB Jacobs (The FNB guy) on Facebook and he sent through a query.
Mr Junaid Ebraim contacted me on the Saturday to tell me that the device I ordered was out of stock and they will do they best to get new stock.
On Monday he advised me that they do not know when stock will be available and if I am not interested in another device and I agreed on another device.
Today is Wednesday and early this morning my smart device was delivered.
I just want to thank RB Jacobs and Mr Junaid Ebraim for they absolute stunning service and feedback.
You guys make FNB rock!!!
