FNB's non-existant customer support

Took advantage of the ipad offer through FNB. I collected the device myself on Feb 11 from Dot FNB in Bryanston. I was charged a courier fee which has still not been reversed. I requested insurance. No insurance was shown on my statement. The device has now been, and no one from FNB, their insurance division (numbers dont exist, emails not responded to) or Dot FNB will answer phones, reply to emails or online complaints.
