I phones the smart device insurance department a dew weeks ago to claim my insurance (which i was sure i took the day i ordered my device) seeing that my device got! The consultant said that i do indeed NOT have insurance on my device, but she assured me that she will investigate! I took it that the insurance was not taken up and left the matter there! So early this morning i received a sms stating that a debit order of R919.80 has been deducted from my account ref: Device insure! I don't keep extra funds in this account and therefore it was returned and i was charged an unsuccessful debit order fee!!! What are they doing??? I take the debit order firstly as proof that they have made a mistake regarding the initial insurance!!! What now FNB??? Im NOT leaving this year and i require you to pay me back my money!!!
