After i orderd my Smart device in November, as per all FNB's Great add's they never took any money for the device. I stupulated i want insurance for this device as well. I phoned them more than 5 times remindnig them they are not debiting my account (Why i botherd i dont know) After they realized there mistake, promises was made that they will advise me before they deduct any money. Someone phoned, promised only R 270 will be taken. Then there was courier moneys taken (After i clearly asked- IS IT GOING TO BE DEDUCTED AND THEY STATED ONLY R270 WILL BE DEDUCTED). Asked them to let the insurance devision phone again plese. Spoke to nobody in insurance division - they deducting Insurance money now WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR ME KNOWING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INSURANCE. I am sure NCA states this is not allowed??? There was no Needs annalaysis doen with me?? Watch out for FNB- They make so many promises, Fail to deliver, then they help themselves in your account... Think i should go be an Platinum Member at another bank- A bank who dont just care about sounding good in public with all there promises- never mention they fail to deliver.
