What does Total Due mean in this case? The woman who assisted me said Total Due means I will pay it at the end of the term in 2014, really? Why including it in the SMS then? Haha.

I requested that she email me my Statement, ever since she promised that I will get it shortly, it has been 3 hours since! Thanks!
