FNB Mobile Device Insurance

When I switched to FNB I took these smart phone option. I selected the 'device insurance' 'button'. Three days latter my phone was delivered (fantastic). I still hadnt heard from FNB Device Insurance so I called. They sent me the policy documents but when I queried exactly what I was insured for they could'nt give me a clear answer.

I left it there and went with Outsurance.

Weeks later I receive an Insurance Policy from FNB for my mobile device. I called, they asked I email my request to cancel / not activate the policy. I have since sent three (3) emails with no response. I've called twice with the promise of a call back which never happened.

I want an email confirming my request to have the policy canceled / not activated.
