I placed an order for a device (bb9300) via FNB online 1st week Dec 2012 of which I cancelled after the device (bb) was faulty which was then collected by courier company; I then ordered a Samsung instead with a consultant on the phone. The courier company delivered a phone to me at work on the 21/12/2012, only to get home and find out is the same BB again I cancelled. I asked FNB to inform them to collect their wrong order. Phone (bb) was collected early January 2013. I collected the Samsung I ordered telephonically from the courier company myself in Kempton Park around early January 2013.
I need to know why FNB charged me courier fee of R 150.00 x 3 on 15-04-2013? And why am I told I have 2 phones with me.
1. BB (1) one was faulty and returned. I was charged for this Dec
2. BB (2) to was incorrectly couried to me. And collected by courier company. I cannot be charged for them delivering incorrect phone??
3. Samsung I collected myself from the courier. So why am I being charged?
I need to understand where does FNB come to that amount? This online order has been a hustle, had I known I was going to put myself in this situation, I would have not taken up this offer.
Investigate!
