I ordered a device from FNB, they sent me the wrong one and I sent it back, I called them to cancel the transaction. On my November bank statement there were amounts deducted for device payment, device insurance and courier fees. I phoned the call centre and asked how can I pay for a device that I don't have, they said that it showed as cancelled at them.
In December the amounts were deducted AGAIN, I phoned the call centre AGAIN and got the same reply. I am so sad that I switched from ABSA to FNB :(
