Device Insurance STILL

To date - I still have no insurance policy for the device I collected on the 11th February. I am still being charged a premiuim for a device and have no way to claim from insurance I should have.
CIB tells me FNB Head Office,
FNB Head Office says CIB
FNB says they (CIB) must first "get the premiums out of me" before this can be sorted out and CIB must phone me to set up debit order
CIB phone me to ask for all the details (case number etc) which I have sent, and they dont know anything about debit orders.
Now I am told that I owe "about" R2000 excess when I was originally told R500, and then R700...
What do I do when both the bank and the Insurance company dont know what's going on?
