FNB Insurance Drama Continues

I have been trying since the 18th February to report to FNB that my ipad was. I have tried their online complaints option twice, I have phoned numbers that dont exist, I have emailed a claims division that doesnt respond, I have emailed their smartphone division. I have sent emails to their direct complaints department. I was phoned by someone on the 28th March, supposedly the insurance company, promised a response and have heard nothing. Unfortunately for me, I have no name or number for this person. I am at a complete loss as to how to get FNB to respond to my insurance claim, respond to complaints directly and through hello peter, answer the phone, explain why they havent included insurance on my premium when I requested it... just basically how to get FNB to provide any kind of service at all. Judging by the vast majority of complaints about FNB Ive seen on this website, I dont hold out much hope at this point.
