I applied for the FNB smart phone Samsung s3 in July 2012 after two Weeks am incorrect device was delivered Samsung s2. I notified FNB and courier company and the phone was collected after 5 days. I then requested my application to be cancelled after another 2 Weeks delay of the correct order that was supposed to be delivered. The cancellation was confirmed by smart phone department and FNB went ahead and deducted money the device and insurance of the device that was never delivered to me. I notified them again and I was promised a refund but only the courier amount was refunded not the device and insurance. I have been talking to numerous FNB employees and wrote emails and also wrote to their completions department to date nothing has come our of this debacle. I then saw an apple device and wanted to apply instead according to their records still own a device, took them. need an updating on your records that I do not own a device our have a contract with FNB smart phone department. I also request refunds of outstanding amounts.
