Unauthorized debit orders

All personal finances issues aside, I neglected to have sufficient funds in my Nedbank account for my Ned PL to deduct end Feb. Thus cash payment was made at a branch on 08/03/2013. Apparently though I arranged with Nedbank PL dept to made an deduction for this amount on 03/03/2013 - this I cannot recall as I would not have paid the loan in cash then. On the 20/03/2013 I was surprised to received a debit notification on my cell for a further deduction of my PL. Thus this account has been paid x 3 in March. After contacting Ned PL on 22/03 I was advised firstly that they can only refund me 1 premium and that they apologise for the inconvenience caused. My account is however now overdrawn because of this unauthorised deduction and now I have no funds to get to work next week because the credit will take 24-48 working hours. I would not call that simply inconvenient, would you? Is Ned PL going to pay my bank costs or call my manager next week and explain why I cant put petrol in my vehicle to get to work? Very concerned that any financial institution can simply make deductions from your account without authorisation!!!
