I have a personal loan with Nedbank. There was a period where my account was in arrears - debit orders not paid.. I then made cash transfers to bring the account up to date and in July they made 4 debits on my account, 3 of which I was not aware off, or had given permission to. I tried to get help from your Loan sections and they indicated that the bank has a right to do what it wants because I was overdue. Their officials refused to help me further. I have lodged a complaint with the Banking Adjudicator.
Now they send me sms with threats that my account is in arrears
