Double installment deduction

I am now fed-up with Nedbank. Previously, i had arrangements on my account and they still deducted the original amount as well as the arranged amount, then i had to phone them and after some fights, the money was refunded to me on the same day.

This month again, they took a double payment on my loan. When i phoned in on Friday, they just apologised for the inconvenience caused and advised that they have requested an urgent refund. This was apparently due to a "System error" Nothing happened. When i phoned them this morning, some guy was assisting me, Cant remember his name, but if they go on to my account, they will be able to identify him. He advised that this will be refunded to day or tomorrow. I said to him that i know it can be done within the same day and also asked him who will be responsible for any penalties due to any debit orders being returned. He didn't't answer me.

When i asked him to please explain the urgency of the refund, he was insisting that this will take up to 3 working days. I was still talking to him when he dropped the call.

I am now so sick and tired of Nedbank, i will change to FNB!!!
