UNAUTHORISED DOUBLE DEBIT

I have been having problems with the debit order for my personal loan with Nedbank since inception and I have no been double debited which has caused me great financial difficulty. I took out the loan in December 2012 and I had written on the contract that I signed that the debit order is to go off on the 27th of each month as my salary goes in on the 25th and sometimes a day or two later. in January 2013 the debit went off on the 25th, 2 days early. In February the debit order didn't go off at all, and luckily my wife picked it up and she made a manual eft cash payment (which was a difficult task on it own to get the banking details from Nedbank). in March the debit order went off on 22nd, and was before my salary had cleared in my account and caused me great financial difficulty. In April the debit order went off on the 26th, a day early. In may there was no debit and we did not pick this up and now in June you double debited me. I am incredibly infuriated with the terrible service I have received so far on this loan account. At the very least I would like the double debit (one amount) to be refunded into my account to out my finances at ease and then the debit order to be sorted
