Refusing to refund my money

An amount of R3000 was deposited into my account on the 12/03/2013 from African Bank for a loan which I only used R670.00 and transfered R1000.00 into my Katlego account which is my other account that I use for saving. Come to my suprise the next day when I go to pick n pay to buy food my card says declined and knowing that I have an amount of R1200 in my account went to the bank they told my money was mobile transfered to some person account and the account is closed and was withdrawn in Soweto when I check my phone is on sos, it means my phone was reported and the did a swim swapp. We logged an problem with client service they told me they will invistigate after 2 days a lady called and she tells me that I am the only who has my mobile pin and there is nothing they will do so they cant refund me. So I am not sure if I am still save with this bank or what as my money is mobile transfered and not by me and they see the account is close I believe they should refund my money then they will do their tracing of fraudland and they careless of even updating how far are they u must go after them.
