Switch to FNB - Not as simple as advertised

Hi

I switched to FNB around the 6th of March. I have not yet received my Cheque card via couriers as promised by FNB. I am going to get my salary deposited into my new FNB account on Monday the 25th and I will have no access to it as I have no card!

I registerd for online banking, hoping that I could access my funds, but I need FNB to very my details... and off-course, I need to go into a bank for this as I could not answer the ridiculous questions from the on-line banking assistant correctly! I cannot remember the exact no. of years and months that I had my credit card for!! Neither can I remember the exact amount in Rands and cents of my Loan repayments!

I am terribly displeased with the service form FNB, had I known that I would receive such poor service from a bank that claims to be better that "beep" bank, I would have never done the switch in the first place!
