Money - Refuse to refund custome

One of my employee's money was from his account in December 2012 by someone inside the bank, the reason I say that is because his money was transferred out of his account to another account via mobile banking the same day he went to capitec to get a new card. His simcard was swapped and blocked. He made a case with the SAPS and two months later capitec called him and said that they can not refund him. I just want to warn every body that has an account with capitec bank. Please be very careful because if your money gets you will not get it back!!! I and most of my employees have accounts with capitec but will certainly close it immediately.

I am many years with Capitec but this makes me very nervouse
