I made a loan by Capitec Bank for my wedding and 3 months later the money was out of my account through internet banking. i only found it out when i went to the shop and my card said declined. i called into the call centre and they confirmed to me that Jonny Letaba transfered 30 000 out of my account and into 5 different accounts. the bank refuses to give my money back and said i must pay back the loan amount.the that took my money got away with it and now im the victim!!! the bank accuses me of leaking my information out in 5 different ways. but have no proof of it!!! so 2 weeks before christmas all my money was gone salary included!!! the bank said they will only give me R200 back!! your details are suppose to be safe but its not safe at all!! they even switched off my sms notifications that i get when money gets taken out of my account!! i personally think this is a inside job! the bank got a court order to supply me and the detective with all the details of the person that took it and they refuse! Rolene Botha whose incharge refuses to give any of the information!! i suggest everyone close their accounts as your money is not safe! and you wont get your money back
