I closed off my account with morkels but the settlement amount I was given did not include the last Instalment which was debited to my account thus resulting in Morkels owing the amount of R1 542. I phone the credit manager in Bloemfontein where I purchased the furniture and I was requested to fax copies of my ID and Bank Statements to pvove that the amount was debited from my account which I did on the 22 November 2013 I was subsequently told that the amount can be transfered to my account through a debit order and I have to go to a branch to collect the amount I selected the branch in Pretoria North I was told that the amount was transfered to that branch and that I can only get it after the 26th of November 2013. I went to the Pretoria North brach to collect the amount on the 30th of November 2013 were i was told that there is no money and the amount will be deposited into my account on moday the 2nd of December but nothing was deposited I phoned the credit managers at both the Pretoria North and Bloemfontein offices but I was told that they do not know when my amount will be refunded as they do not have money to repay me this is unacceptable.
