I had an account with African Bank which I went and got a settlement letter from them for the amount I needed to pay so the account can be closed. This was paid via Old Mutual on the 29 April and on the 26 April they debited from my account which means they got two payments the settlement and the debit order. I went to the Jabulani Mall African Bank and when I got there I wanted them to refund me the R570.32 and now they told me that I'm not getting my refund because they have taken that money and put it on my Beares account without telling me. All I want is my money because Beares is debiting from my account every month. I want my money because my agreement with them is done and I'm paying Beares. These people are pushing their luck and I want my money before end of today.
