My account with african bank was in arrears for December after coming back from leave on the 20th I phoned the bank to make an arrangement which they accepted. on the same day in the afternoon a friends relative passed away and they asked to get money deposited into my account and as soon as the money went in african bank took over R1500 of the money. i tried to phone them to ask for a refund which they kept on refusing to do I would appreciate a refund as I have made an arrangement for them to get their money on the 27th as this money does not belong to me and is meant to be used to travel to zimbabwe for a funeral. No one from African bank is willing to assist me in this matter.
