Good day, I have transfered money from Standard bank (my account) to my daugthers account at ABSA. Unfortunately the account has been closed since 2011. I forgot about that, and made a mistake. I contacted both the banks and no one can assist me. The transfer I made on 16 May 2013. The lady at ABSA said that the money will be transferd back to my account at Standard bank because the money could not be allocated anywhere, because the account is closed. The amount of R5000 is now gone??? where is my money? the Manager of Standard bank told me that i can close my account. he do not mind. Nobody is able to assist me?
