Paid up the Loan and the Credit card and closed the account... I was told it will take 30 days for them to close the account. So I had to suffer for they had to deduct the instalment still even though the account is closed. The most traumatising act is that I went on saturday to ask them for my refund... the lady there said I must bring my ID, the settlement letter and the proof that the settlement amount was deposited into African Bank. Which on Monday I did but the second lady serving me did not even have alook at those documents all she needed was my ID... fine... she goes into the system and tell me that it will take 2 to 3 days for me to get the refund and my account will be closed on the 4 August 2013. I was clear on the point of the date to close the account but to get my refund she mentioned 2 to 3 days and that I will get an sms. The sms that i got today after monday..which is the 2 to 3 day she told me about was that my details were updated as per my instructions nothing about my refund... and so I then went to check if the money was deposited... nothing. I called directly to enquire about this... this one says that I will get my refund on the 11 July 2013.
