I'm just curious on what is the point of receiving greenbacks but impossible to use them as Nedbank doesn't give you the account number?
It's like they give you all these benefits but to use them you have to revisit a branch each time to get this sorted out? This goes for internet banking and cell phone notification etc. Why inquire if the client would like these functions but not activate it right away?
So then... Have to visit the branch again today for the greenbacks account number... Couldn't this have been given to me when I signed up for this?
