I recently called the nedbank contact centre to ask why I received two different greenback account balances
Greenbacks Account no 9511-1140-6692 reflects a balance of 2756 greenbacks
and Account No 9511-1039-6655 reflects a blance of 16345 greenbacks.
I asked the consultant to move all the greenbacks into one account.
I was given a reference number 63106979 for my request and was advised that I will have feedback into two days time.
I have not yet received any feedback to date, only an sms today to state that the request has been resolved.
Poor response with no action or feedback from Nedbank.
Kindly investigate and advise ASAP.
