How does Nedbank calculate a month?
Nedbank just wiped off my greenbacks as they saw fit. I'll have to consider changing banks.
Your terms state if card not used in 5 months, greenbacks forfeited. My greenbacks vanished so I am told by the call centre in May. 2 days ago I received an sms reflecting my greenbacks having been slaughtered to -1700!
The terms on the back of the statement state "you may request to have your account reopened within three months, in which case your greenbacks will be reinstated".
NO say Nedbank our August statements have already been run so that is 3 months!!! My calendar says it's the 19th July... in effect 7 weeks not 3 months.
If all my greenbacks were zapped off the board, how come are you telling me I now have 1700 - where did this come from if the card has not being used?
Shame on you Nedbank after all the money you have made out of a client of good standing! Over 294 000 greenbacks down to 1700... shame on you! How can I have 1700 greenbacks if you say the card has not been used and all the greenbacks forfeited... something does not add up!!!
