My greenbacks account is No 951008316671. I logged a call today to beg the call centre to help sort out my inability to redeem greenbacks of which I have 20 000 i am told.
The website locked me out and when I ask it to reset password it simply doesn't send me anything. The call agent told me to email my query to [Email Removed] - The response is that this is an unauthorised mailbox, please contact the Nedbank Contact Centre.
Calling JHB from Cape Town is not economic for me to redeem R100 worth of Greenbacks. What else can I do. My Private Banker runs away - clearly she is as much at sea as I am.
