Greenbacks - poor service

I have been banking with Nedbank for more than 2 years. I was a private banking client but was shocked when I found out that my private banker never even bother to advise me about the Greenbacks offering that you provide. I cancelled my private banking because it was just not worth the amount I was paying monthly. I then switched to a normal account and was advised (after I had to ask) about Greenbacks. I finally received an email with login details. These did not work so I contacted the number provided on the Greenbacks website. As there is no option for Greenbacks I selected internet banking they advised me that I needed to go to the card division. The card division simply replied and said they don't deal with these queries but they could not even give me the correct department. I am simply emailing you to advise that I will be closing my accounts with Nedbank as there are banks out there that would much rather want my money and would be more than willing to assist me. Shocking service!!!
