Greenbacks Query still Not resolved

Good day

I recently had a query with my greenbacks account, nedbank ref no 63106979.
I was then advised that the issue has been resolved.
I have since then received an sms with an incorrect greenback balance of 3007,
this tells me that nedbank has credited the incorrect greenbacks account.

Quite ridiculous that a client has to call, email 3 to 4 times to resolve an issue.
