Pathetic service with regards to Greenbacks

Received my Amex card in Aug '12 which is linked to Greenbacks. I have been using this card since Aug '12 thinking that everytime I swipe it I will earn Greenbacks. I have received an e-mail telling me how wonderful Greenbacks is. When I replied requesting assistance with points and redeeming Greenbacks, no reply was received. This morning I phoned Nedbank's card division to find out what the balance is and why I do not get any correspondence notifying me of the balance, I was told "we don't send statements with the balance, you have to phone in for the balance or you receive an sms". I have not once since Aug '12 received any smses from Nedbank with regards to Greenbacks. To make matters worse, I got told "your balance is NIL, you do not have any points. According to the system you are linked, but you do not have any points". How on earth is this possible if I have been using this card since Aug '12???!!! Now they have to send a query to Greenbacks and Greenbacks will contact me directly. When??!!! Next year???!!! Not only is Nedbank the most expensive, their services are getting worse by the day. Will much rather move to FNB.
