Using the Greenbacks online store, I have ordered flowers on two separate occasions as well as two other packages on other occasions, if only to see if it will be delivered. My Greenbacks are deducted and I have never received anything. Not a single delivery received ever! I don't know who to contact (there is only a Call Centre number on the website, which I am truly reluctant to use).
This is *pathetic*, especially considering that Greenbacks are supposed to be a bonus. FNB manages to get it right with eBucks - why not Nedbank? Greenbacks are damaging what I still believe to be a good bank's reputation.
