Unwarranted listing on ITC

I am so disappointed in this company. I had requested that a membership be opened up for my younger sister as she is in university and i would pay for the account. Advised taht the membership would have to be in her name we provided all her details and she was issued with a memebership.
Upon experiencing financial problems I called the call centre and was advised taht it had expired due to non payment. I asked how we can go about getting membership again and was advised that I will need to pay the outstanding amount and membership would continue. The second option would be to start a new membership without paying the amount and have a three month waiting period. I opted not to continue with both options due to financial constraints.

Now my sister has been declined a job at Busby a they say she is listed on ITC. She is still a student and needs the job. WHY WAS I NOT ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD BE LISTED? WAS IT NOT THE CONSULTANTS JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO AS A PART OF INFORMING ME AS A CLIENT OF THE CONSEQUENCES THEREOF. HOW CAN SHE BE LISTED IF SHE WAS NOT COVERED AT ALL DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF THE FEES?

This means that Discovery does not treat its clients fairly.
