I was on a strategic planning session on Monday and Tuesday and my phone was off. Yesterday the LAST money in my cheque account was transferred without my consent into my credit card.
All i received was one voicemail I received TODAY from Discovery stating I must call them. My account is USUALLY up to date and this month I can not pay on time and my money was just taken without my consent or even a call or e-mail.
If Discovery does not reverse this amount plus bank charges by the end of today and undertake not to do it again, I will close my account as well as my business account. They receive enough money in bank charges from me and I am sick how they treat me. I also do not get any value out my Platinum Account with high charges and will move my account to a bank which they can not touch. There is enough turn over going into my account for another bank to welcome me!
I will also report this to the Bank Ombudsman as this is not authorised!!! and illegal!!!
