Incompetence, listing me as defaulted payment

I cannot believe that Discovery listed me as defaulting on my saving portion of my medical aid, after i cancelled my membership, I paid the "back" amount the moment i received the letter, after multiple communication to them to just email me the outstanding amount, i never received a single email. This is the worst company ever, my credit rating dropped from A to D, because of their incompetence. This is effectively making it impossible to do anything with my financial portfolio!!!
