Last year I was listed on the Credit Bureau, for an amount of R1204.00, that was supposed to be paid from downgrading from one plan to another plan, however no one in Discovery mentioned this, there was no call, it was also admitted that this was not done from there side, and apparently happened with a lot of there members. A few years later when I cancelled my membership with Discovery, I received a call to inform me of an amount of R1 204 outstanding that was not paid from downgrading to another plan. Discovery is responsible to call you and inform you of these things when the plan is changed, not years after!!!
I am now unable to get a bond on my name or anything else, as I have been listed as a bad payer. This must be sorted out, I have tried in the past to sort this out with Discovery. I will be going to the YOU magazine and newspapers with regard to this incident.
February my Membership was cancelled and in June I received a letter from the Debt Administrator
