Please follow through on promises

I have been a paying member of discovery health for over 6 years now, paying hundreds of thousands of rands over this period. A year and a half ago I moved home, and since then have been trying to change my residential and PO Box details with discovery by every means possible (email/online/call centre).

I have been waiting 6 months for revised membership cards following an addition to the family. We also have two new vehicles without membership stickers. Even up until Dec 2012 they still had the incorrect address listed on their system. I have contacted discovery no less than three times to request new cards and stickers for my vehicles. I am promised service on each contact. I have just received the cards (thank the pope), but big surprize - no membership stickers for the cars. In my opinion these stickers are vital in the event of a car accident, all it takes is a little envelope with the stickers sent in the post. I'm disgusted at the effort made to support my requests especially considering the money I fork out every month. I can't continue phoning in for the same request, what is the point. Please send me the stickers as promised, you could save a life!
