End of membership fees

I requested on the 15 May 2013 to stop my membership. A consultant informed me that the earliest I can stop my membership is 31/05/2013.
Quote: "The earliest we can withdraw you membership is 2013.05.31 as it before the bill cut-off date of 2013.05.24. Any request after this date, we will withdraw the policy from 2013.06.30. Should you wish to withdraw your membership, there will be an amount owing to the Scheme of R1204 (if you withdraw your policy from 2013.05.31)" I completed the forms and sent it back to discovery on the 23 May 2013 to debit order the R1204 from my account. On the 24 May 2013 another consultant said that Discovery could only stop my membership on 30/06/2013. Where the withdrawal fee will be R830.87. Which they never debited from my account. Now I received a letter in the mail stating that I owe discovery R 1 031.95. It was clear that somewhere staff members seemed to be poorly trained and ill equip to help clients.

According to the emails received from Discovery my membership ended on the 30/06/2013, I owed Discovery R830.87 which was never deducted from my account.
