ONCE AGAIN DISCOVERY STAFF INCOMPETENT /UNRELIABLE

I once again had another issue where discovery cancels membership without informing the member. first my health membership and not vitality. I transferred from individual capacity to scheme, my health membership was moved bt not my vitality and i was not informed which led to an issue with my virgin active gym membership. gym debited over 700 from my account as i was informed that i do not have vitality hence no discount. on top of it i wastold i need to pay once of fee of 800 all over again due to a break in cover. I then called and spoke to team leaders managers etc from discovery who all advised i need to pay for vitality for 2 months to close the gap so no break in cover which i did. i then called to confirm allocation of payment was made including sending proof of payment and asked discovery to tell the gym i am eligible for the discount so i can pay my normal 207 gym fee. nothing has happened and ive followed up 3 times on email and calls and still nothing. its been 3 weeks. I AM DISGUSTED AND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER REGAIN ANY CONFIDENCE IN THEM. IT IS REALLY A SHAME THAT SUCH A MASSIVE CORPORATE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DONT LIVE UP TO THEIR OWN VALUES
