On the 28 Feb 2013 I used the fnb atm to withdraw cash, while waiting to enter my pin number the screen read enter cell number minutes after that while still standing at the atm cash was withdrawn from my account twice from another atm and thereafter another transaction was done within two minutes and both the places that the transaction occured are far apart about 10/15 minutes walking distance. Immediately I went into the FNB branch and cancelled my card but the FNB centre says there is nothing they can do to refund the moneys withdrawn, but no one got hold of my card and while still standing at the atm how can my money be withdrawn from my account without my debit card and pin number. No further comunication was received from FNB.Further to this FNB have refunded the value of the purchase made at a retail outlet however the cash that was withdrawn from the other FNB atm is in contention.
