Capitec let me down when i needed them the most

It was the 23.04.2013 when I was robbed right inthe premises of standard bank in johannesburg in president street. It was about 6:00am when I arrived at the atm to withdraw some money. A guy was standing in the stardardbank premises dressed like a security. The so called "security" was write behind me when I was putting my pin code and quickly came n pretended like I did something before I knew it my card was gone n the "security" was no where to be found. 10 minutes later R2000 was withdrawn from my bank account. What saddens me the most is that as soon as I realized that was robbed and before the R2000 was withdrawn I tried to access Capitec's cellphone banking so that I could transfer my money in my savings to fixed acc but guess what, capitec's cellphone banking was offline for 15 minutes until another R1000 was withdrawn from my bank account by a stranger. I cudnt buy airtime immediately so that I could call their callcenter and block the card. I only managed to block the card wen I arrived at work and that was like @ 8:00am.By the time I blocked the card R4088.40 was already withdrawn from my bank acc which is more than my daily limit.
