I have complained earlier. I wanted to withdraw R300 but the machine took my card, while waiting a R1000 was withdrawn
Went to Capitec - stopped my card and a new card was issued.
The following day an additional R 500 was withdrawn from my account.
Capitec is not prepared to refund my money.
Capitec take responsibility for the mistakes made by your employee!
Capitec is responsible for the R 500 withdrawn the following day as my card was stopped.

I am not prepared to pay for mistakes made by Capitec personnel.
Refund this money into my bank account immediately.
I have opened a case of at the police station casenumber CAS102/12/2013 because this is clearly an inside job and Capitec decided not to further investigate.
