You my money

I few months ago I went to the bank to withdraw money, to my surprise, the atm requested that that i enter my cell phone number which has never happened before, I did enter the number then after the atm brought back my card i got a bit to say money has been withdrawn even when i did not have the cash on me. It happened throughout the day I kept on getting messages that money has been withdrawn from now my cheque account by then 11000 had been take. I have tried to fight this but nothing happens. Calling the call centre to block the account was worse as nobody answered. Someone please help me. My numbers are 0726543690 or 0833427088
